What you will be doing:In support of the ERP project, CandP is seeking a Management Analyst 5 to provide expert process and business analysis by managing the enterprise-wide contracts and procurement reports and forms activity necessary to transition to the state’s new ERP system. In this role, you will work with all state agencies and institutes of higher education to organize and understand current state reports and forms in order to ensure the ERP contains the report elements necessary to meet the robust ‘future state’ reporting requirements of the enterprise-wide contracts and procurement community. You will also be responsible for maintaining standard forms, templates and contract clauses after transition.Who we are looking for: We are seeking someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Some of what you will enjoy doing: *Manage or facilitate complex enterprise projects that span multiple agencies, programs and systems to support enterprise-wide Contracts and Procurement reports. *Apply DES agency standard Lean quality tools and practices to projects that include multiple agency workflows, systems, data and processes. *Facilitate stakeholder input to ensure the needs of customers are being met in the ‘future state’ reporting environment. *Participate on the statewide ERP reports team. *Participate in workgroups to define business rules for ERP reports and provide input for standard reports and dashboards. *Provide expert advice and consultation to executive management, internal departments and outside organizations with diverse and conflicting interests. *Lead, facilitate and participate in workgroups that establish and set priority for new contracts and procurement forms, templates and contract clauses and changes to existing ERP content; managing workgroup composition to ensure statewide representation and feedback from users of the ERP is inherent in the process. *Provide the maintenance and operations support necessary to ensure forms, templates and clauses are current in the ERP. QualificationsRequired Qualifications: *A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or closely allied field; AND *Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: *Conducting research *Analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations *Conducting business analysis and developing requirements *Leading business projects *Managing business operations *Business policy development *Supervising; AND *A valid driver's license when operating a state or privately owned vehicle on official state business **Please note: Additional qualifying experience may be substituted, year for year, for the required education.
