Leasing Agent (Property & Acquisition Specialist 5) Monday - Friday | 8AM - 5PM | HYBRID

*About the Real Estate Services Division: * The Real Estate Services Division's mission is to provide safe and efficient leased space for state agencies, boards, and commissions to perform their mission and best work while being responsible stewards of state resources.

 

About the Opportunity: As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a range of real estate services across Eastern Washington under RCW 43.82.010. You will lead teams of internal staff and external real estate brokers and consultants to execute various tasks, including lease negotiations, property management, appraisals, and planning. Your duties will include directing complex real estate transactions, coordinating lease acquisition activities, and ensuring that all projects meet identified targets and goals. Additionally, you will focus on process improvement and project management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of real estate operations statewide.
