We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for providing support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Identify, research, and resolve IT technical problems. Respond to IT related telephone calls and email requests for service. Manage user accounts for employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide help desk and technical support in-person, with remote tools, via email and phone. Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware. Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution. Configure, image, maintain, and support PCs and laptops/Surfaces. Manage user accounts in Active Directory , Microsoft 365, and other enterprise software. Manage email accounts in Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online for PCs and mobile devices . Maintain and configure Group Policy Objects. Install and support network printers and copiers. Keep accurate accounting of computers, computer software, and related equipment and assets. Troubleshoot user issues with VPN remote access. Setup and troubleshoot mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. Document strategic discussions and distribute timely reports and meeting minutes. Travel to all branch locations and may require work outside of normal business hours. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Requirements KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: Work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent public and customer relations skills to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, determine their needs, and maintain their confidence. Organization and flexibility to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Exercise customer confidentiality and discretionary judgment. High level of proficiency in basic computer programs with the ability to learn new software. Microsoft Windows operating systems installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. PC, laptop, and Surface hardware installation, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing. Networking technologies and protocols such as basic IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN client configuration. Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Domain Controllers . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical savvy people. Read, write, speak, and understand English well. Perform basic calculations. Maintain a working knowledge of applicable Association Policies and Federal Regulations. QUALIFICATIONS: Requires High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and training in a related field . At least one year related technical experience and/or education. Degree in Computer Systems or related field preferred. Experience with PDQ Deploy, SmartDeploy, Ivanti Protect, and/or Nessus preferred. Must be bondable.
