Hub International Insurance Case Manager in Olympia, Washington
Business Underwriters Associates is looking to find a suitable candidate to assist in the processing of insurance coverage applications. Ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills along with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Work on getting applications approved as quickly as possible while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Proactively communicating with sales staff, advisors, and multiple insurance carriers to expedite new business and the application process.
Provide high level of service to advisors, vendors, and carriers.
Proactively manage emails and phones calls in a timely manner.
Competencies: Understanding of how to process new business applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task with attention to detail ensuring speed and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Capable of identifying when a case should be escalated.
Proficient time management.
Proven computer skills including working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 t0 $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
