Robert Half Human Resources Assistant in Olympia, Washington

Description

This is a highly collaborative contact position for a People Generalist position for a tech company in San Francisco, CA. This position is 100% remote. If you have a high level of discretion, have prior experience working on a global People team, and have a strong attention-to-detail, this position is for you!

What you will be doing on a daily basis:

  • Serve as a key support element for the R& D team and HRBPs

  • Manage and resolve ER cases and track them through the Service Now ticketing system

  • Assist in performance management activities including employee reviews and feedback sessions

  • Act as a daily operational support for HRPB, handling a variety of tactical HR tasks

  • Execute administrative duties such as updating employee records, preparing contracts, offer letters, and policy documents

    Requirements

  • Must have prior experience working remote

  • Proven experience in the field of Human Resources along with knowledge of Performance Management

  • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively

  • Aptitude for discretion with sensitive HR information

  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and Workday

  • Experience in working on global teams and handling HR matters across different geographies
