Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to enable achievement of strategic objectives by engaging in candid conversations to identify the best solutions. Proactively anticipate business needs and recommend solutions while complying with relevant group policies, local policies, procedures, regulations, and laws

    • Ensure the right talent is in place to meet business needs, now and in the future. Partner effectively with Development & Talent Acquisition to recruit & assess talent and develop strategies to close gaps as required
    • Work with Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders and the DE&I team to drive Diversity across business groups
    • Proactively develop comprehensive talent management strategies to increase succession, build bench strength, and accelerate high potential talent
    • Build strong leadership capability across the business by identifying & addressing leadership gaps & needs and delivering innovative approaches to building leadership capability
    • Lead by example, educating internal colleagues and providing updates on business lines to your team to ensure colleagues are well-educated and knowledgeable

    Key competencies: Initiative and focus: working holistically to translate strategy into action; helping leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes amidst a rapidly evolving marketplace. Talent expertise: identifying, skilling/reskilling and rebalancing talent resources; mapping talent to value. Building bench and accelerating high potential, diverse talent. Coaching and advice: being a trusted advisor and credible coach by understanding needs and helping leaders find creative/innovative solutions to business needs. Predicting outcomes & data driven mindset: anticipating potential outcomes and determining which are most and least likely to occur. Doing more with data to spot trends, workforce issues and opportunities in a way that contributes to strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 - 7+ years HR experience with a proven track record of success interacting with executives

  • Experience in more than one HR discipline

  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytic capability

  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

    Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • SPHR certification a plus
