In this position...

You will report to the Director of Product, Global Digital Platform and Strategy and will partner closely with engineering, design, and business partners. The Ford Motor Credit Company has a Product Organization and this role falls in the US organization of that team.

A Group Product Manager, CRM Platform , will build and implement CRM platform capabilities that other product teams can leverage to create amazing customer experiences. These experiences will have the power to transform our relationship with our customers. You will be responsible for several CRM platform-related areas including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud using case-driven data requirements, case management, campaign enablement, communications, and chatbot enablement for internal customers who expand experiences to end users. These tools are used by our Consumer, Commercial, and Dealer teams as they build their end-to-end customer journeys. You’ll work closely with our Global Product and Tech teams to understand what capabilities need to be built on a global scale and use your judgment to identify specific global or regional market needs. This is a rare opportunity to apply your unique Product, Design, and Tech skillsets to create your own Product practice to support the wider business.

What you'll do...

As a Group Product Manager, CRM Platforms , you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery and growth of innovative digital solutions that other product teams can leverage. You'll manage a team of product managers in a complex and matrixed environment whilst owning the future vision and roadmap of your area.

  • Establish a global CRM platform that drives offers and renewals. This is concentrated on Salesforce but can include other CRM platforms currently used.

  • Land awesome digital products that will revolutionize the financing business, including personalization.

  • Drive strategy and execution on current CRM and future Salesforce-based personalization engine that can be leveraged by multiple Ford Credit products and teams to develop offers and recommendations.

  • Drive the vision and product roadmap, while delivering high-quality and impactful launches through close partnerships with a cross-functional team.

  • Contribute towards the use of case-driven data requirements, case management, campaign enablement, and communications and chatbot enablement to enable all Ford Credit Product teams and business lines for Consumer, Commercial, and Dealer to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Support end-to-end online experiences from Shopping, Buying, and Credit Approvals to Ownership and Renewals of financing vehicles and services.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and other teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to customers.

  • Inspire and grow a team of product managers and owners and collaborate with a large team of dedicated engineers and designers.

  • Unlock roadblocks at the corporate level and cultivate collaboration with senior product leaders across Ford Credit through leadership, creativity, intelligence, and presence.

  • Develop and grow the team through mentoring, coaching, succession planning, and retention strategies.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of experience and education

  • 10+ years’ experience working with online data-oriented products and 5+ years’ experience working on all CRM platforms (Salesforce in particular).

  • A proven leader who drives the strategic roadmap and end-to-end product management lifecycle from development to deployment.

  • Someone who understands the customer journey and has developed and delivered products to improve the customer experience and customer engagement

  • You champion the voice of the customer and integrate customer insight into the decision-making process.

  • You’ve built, customized, or improved back-end products and services that can be leveraged by other teams and systems.

  • You have the ability to articulate a strategic mission that translates into the necessary actions to drive outcomes and land products that improve the customer experience.

  • Experience working on global teams and in a matrixed team structure and influencing across product areas

  • A digital native and a leader who has driven and led disruption and innovation and is energized by developing new products with the customer in mind.

  • Someone who inspires creativity and out-of-the-box thinking in developing product ideas and problem-solving.

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to articulate a vision and seek alignment across all parties.

  • You have the ability to influence without authority, working on/with technical and cross-functional or highly matrixed teams who do not report to this role to get things done.
