JLL Facility Coordinator in Olympia, Washington

What this job involves - Facilities Coordinator will work closely with the Facilities Manager to support all facilities activities. The coordinator will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information from third-party services. What is your day-to-day? Perform day-to-day oversight and completion of work orders, providingstatusupdatesto the AFM/FMas necessary. Assistwith budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting. Order, track, client purchase request Provide backup support for meetings Contribute to the account KPIs and SLAs. Assist in solvingproblems associated withbuilding services/property management. Assistwith coordinatingand schedulingmaintenance activities and minor projects, providing direction to vendors and FM staff to ensureexcellentcoordinationandexecution of work. Ensures appropriate follow-up with customers Seeks to continuously improve processes and systems for overall client satisfaction. Assist Finance, Sourcing, and other Account Management team members. Assist IFM team with Corrigo work orders (WOs), tracking, and reporting. Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff, vendors, or other service providers. Assists with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities Desired experience and technical skills Required: 2+ years' experience with Facility or Property Administration Associates degree in facilities management, building, business, orotherrelated field 2+ years of facilities or commercial real estate experience in an admin capacity Superior customer service skills and orientation Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills Strong organizational skills and collaborative style Preferred Familiar with Corrigo CMMS Location: Remote JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
