About your background and qualifications:
You demonstrate sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration and leadership
You exhibit exceptional written, verbal, presentation and negotiation skills
Your management experience has a proven record of accomplishment of selling to large, complex accounts, working with C-level executives, qualifying prospects, solving problems and generating positive customer outcomes.

Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

California Pay Range: from $144,500 to $307,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Colorado Pay Range: from $152,500 to $307,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
New York City Pay Range: from $161,600 to $307,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Washington Pay Range: from $161,600 to $307,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
