Responsibilities

Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity for ERP consultants in a high-growth practice. You will be a key contributor on the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will create detailed requirements artifacts and support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-added consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. As a key team member on the project, you will guide customers through the financial system modernization. Hands-on experience with business process reengineering, internal control policy, federal accounting guidance, requirements gathering, maintaining the requirements traceability matrix, supporting testing activities, engaging with clients, and performing data collection and analysis is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the functional team through requirements gathering, documenting business processes, building an Accounting Treatment Manual (ATM), and supporting fit gap analysis• Engage clients in sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements• Lead the requirements change control process• Support the development of functional documents• Advise clients on the available functionality of ERP systems

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or university • 5+ years functional experience in ERP implementations, including any combination of the following business processes: Acquire to Dispose, Budget Formulation to Execution, Bill to Collect, Procure to Pay, Request to Procure, Record to Report, Reimbursable Management, and Cost Management • At least 2 years of experience delivering IT solutions in the Federal government • Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the software functionality. • Experience with business development, project management, solutioning and delivery • Skilled at leading teams, project planning and management including advising on workshop facilitation, deliverables, and business process best practices • Strong verbal and written executive communication skills • Ability to support the development of quality client deliverables • Demonstrate a depth of analysis and critical thinking • Demonstrates ability to leverage and tailor various industry methodologies and frameworks to the needs of clients.

• Excellent insight and practical knowledge of ERP solutions • Ability to deliver on complex situations with minimal oversight • Ability to convey information with clarity across diverse teams • Results driven with a positive and can-do attitude • Ability to articulate and communicate action plans to motivate teams (both internal and external) and garner immediate respect and credibility with senior leadership • Fosters and demonstrates a workplace inclusive of creating opportunity, serving others, and building trust • Ability to work under deadline pressure with diverse teams and manage production schedules • Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint • Business intelligence experience would be a plus • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
