Director, Solutions Engineering - Oracle Hospitality

As a Director, Solutions Engineering, Oracle Hospitality, you will:

  • Lead a large geographically dispersed team of industry/product specialists and be responsible for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers globally

  • You will act as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants, assist with the development of productivity tools, sales enablement programs, and other regional/corporate initiatives as required.

  • Your focus will be on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions, take the lead on any and all aspects of the technical sales process, develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations, and advise internal and external clients on overall architected solutions.

  • Ideally you will have a degree in computer science or engineering, or an extensive background in sales consulting or solutions engineering, and a professional career that includes roles where you have a lead highly specialized teams of product and technical experts committed to meeting the goals of the business

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)

New York City Pay Range: from $139,200 to $250,700 per annum; eligible for commission and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $139,200 to $250,700 per annum; eligible for commission and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
