Then this role may be the perfect fit. What You Bring to Cambia: Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field is preferred * Minimum 7 years of experience in sales performance analysis, sales operations, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role. * Experience in the insurance or financial services industry preferred Skills and Attributes: * Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability through data-driven decision making. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and complex analytics tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Experience with sales performance management tools, such as Salesforce.com, and analytics platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI. What You Will Do at Cambia: Team Management: * Lead and manage a team of analysts and performance program managers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to meet business objectives. * Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. Data-Driven Decision Making: * Develop and maintain a robust analytics framework to provide sales leaders with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to drive results. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to address them. * Design and implement metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure sales performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. * Distribution Strategy & Producer Performance: * Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to inform distribution strategy and optimize sales channel performance. * Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness across various distribution channels. * Analyze producer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop programs and incentives to improve performance.
