Acxiom LLC Director - Client Services - Salesforce Marketing Cloud in Olympia, Washington
About the Position
The ideal Senior Manager of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Client Services has extensive experience: in consulting, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, managing client relationships and leading teams. The candidate must be able to build relationships with the customer and internally to help drive the customer and Acxiom to success. Internally, the candidate must be capable of forming a team and driving efforts to invent and evolve our people, process and technology in relation to Salesforce delivery.
Responsibilities
Develops relationships with key customer stakeholders. Uses those relationships to manage successful delivery of Salesforce services.
Develops relationships with internal peers. Uses those relationships to manage successful delivery of Salesforce services.
Build and lead a team comprised of Salesforce subject matter experts to build and deliver Salesforce solutions.
Works with internal senior leadership to identify and resolve any needs, risks, budgetary requirements or other items that may impact our successful delivery of services.
Drives efforts to evolve people, process and technology across our Salesforce delivery; with an end goal to ensure Acxiom and our customers are successful.
Requirements - Senior
8+ years’ experience in consulting
6+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
4+ years’ experience in leadership and management roles.
4+ years’ experience managing client relationships and sales
