What You’ll Be Doing:

Director, Client Analytics

What You’ll Be Doing:

Posing as strategic partner to client executives by interpreting data into actionable and meaningful insights

Interpreting business needs into reporting requirements

Delivering standard and ad hoc reports to clients

Delivering findings in polished, client facing decks

Partnering with various internal teams to deliver high quality analyses to clients

Defining and implementing an end to end delivery management process, including: request intake, workload prioritization, requirements gathering, and QA standards.

Identifying population health and cost savings opportunities for clients via data driven insights utilizing SAS and SQL

The Experience You’ll Need (Required):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience

7-10 years consulting, analytics, or healthcare experience

Experience in an analytical capacity with client-facing responsibilities

Familiarity with Medicare and Accountable Care Organizations

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a first class team of healthcare analysts

Strong communication skills

Extensive experience working with medical, pharmacy and ancillary claims data, membership data and other healthcare data in support of medical economics initiatives

Solid technical abilities with data and database manipulation skills, including SQL, Excel, SAS

Finishing Touches (Preferred):

Strong client management skills with experience discussing analytical deliverables and requirements

Ability to convey the usefulness of reports and analysis to internal and external colleagues who are unfamiliar with data and analytics

Understanding of analytical needs; what is feasible and what isn’t feasible given data limitations

Understanding of data systems and the critical thinking skills to account for data design / architecture changes

Experience presenting to client executives

Compensation Range: The minimum salary for this position is $120,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the skill set required for the position and commensurate with experience and may vary above and below the stated amounts.
