About the role
The Digital Content Associate Project Manager shall support CBRE’s client with the implementation of the standards for digital documentation folder structure, naming conventions and metadata. Coordinate with various Ops end users to defi ne digital documentation quality criteria for various document types. Supervise and develop the change control processes for various documentation types to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date. You will be responsible for all building documentation for Operations and Maintenance of large enterprise data center infrastructure as directed by CBRE’s confidential technology client. Candidates must have prior experience coordinating construction drawings, specifications, and equipment information. Process mapping and data analytic skills are preferred.
What you’ll do
Coordinate with various operations end users to define digital documentation quality criteria for various document types
Survey and coordinate with technicians, engineers, and facilities managers to understand end user requirements
Develop digital content quality criteria for various document types including BIM models, drawings, submittals, single line diagrams, operations and maintenance manuals, etc.
Develop digital documentation QA/QC process and roles & responsibilities with upstream ATI and DCDE teams
Coordinate with upstream design and construction teams to map digital content handover processes
Support roles and responsibilities definition
Develop standard approach for documentation folder structure, naming conventions and metadata
Review current folder structure, naming conventions and metadata standards
Identify gaps and propose new standards, and coordinate with design, construction and operations teams for buy in
Support the development and maintenance of global standardization of documentation templates to drive efficiencies for DCOps Technicians
Review bugs related to template issues reported by the end users on a regularly
Manage the bug component by either providing responses to the end users or assigning to appropriate parties to address
Collect Ops end user feedback on a regular basis and support continuous digital content improvement initiatives
Develop survey content and distribute to Operations ends users
Analyze survey data and report findings
Supervise and develop change control process for O&M Manual, Short Circuit Coordination Arc Flash (SCCAF), Engineered Panel Schedules (EPS), and Sequences of Operation, to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
Collaboration with upstream document control teams to streamline processes and SLAs/timeframes for receiving documentation
What you’ll need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Working familiarity of Microsoft Office & Google Docs
Proficiency in using spreadsheet tools to manage large amounts of data
Ability to analyze and present critical project data points and build dashboards using Data studio, Tableau or any equivalent program.
Strong Electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS) experience
Strong understanding of construction documents
Document Control / Document Management experience is preferred
Working familiarity of AutoCAD or other construction CAD systems (BIM 360) is a plus
Electrical experience is a plus
Java or Google App scripting is a plus

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Digital Content Associate Project Manager position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Digital Content Associate Project Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
