Description:

100% Remote role. Our client is seeking a Data Privacy Program Manager to join the team working on a global program to reduce their risk-related sensitive data management.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $75 - $85 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead the global program to reduce risk related to sensitive data management

• Oversee the implementation of Varonis for data identification, tagging, and inventorying

• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective implementation

• Develop and manage IT security controls for data protection at rest and in transit

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and teams

Experience Requirements:

• Experience with data protection tools, specifically Varonis would be preferred

• Strong understanding of IT security controls

• Familiarity with global data protection regulations

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and manage alignment with diverse teams

• Proactive and polished approach to program management

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

• Relevant certifications in data protection or program management (e.g., PMP, CIPP) are a plus

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
