Job Functions:

• Serve as the primary Cybersecurity liaison for a designated geographical area and/or business function

• Create and develop relationships with key stakeholders that enable strong partnerships

• Identify complex issues and critical business flows

• Assist caregivers throughout the business in overcoming roadblocks and resolving issues when working with cybersecurity

• Communicate effectively and in a positive manner with customers, including department managers, operations officers, facility administration, corporate leadership, and other shared services

• Deliver and create effective presentations in both group and individual settings

• Plan, develop and maintain reports, benchmarks and analysis to support long term Cybersecurity strategies

• Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in Cybersecurity supported functions

• Work closely with Cybersecurity teams and peers to review and validate workload priorities

• Maintain and exercise strong listening skills in daily activities

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity technologies and information systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the health care industry

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• 5 + years of experience in business relations

• Ten years of experience in information systems, cybersecurity technologies or systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or technology-related field. Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution. Education is verified.

• Results-oriented, self-motivated and self-directed professional

• Possess/willing to pursue IT Security industry certification such as CISSP

• Comprehensive understanding of information security related regulations (HIPAA/PCI/DSS)

• Comprehensive understanding of IS security vulnerability assessment tools/techniques

• Strong analysis and attention to detail, problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills

• Ability to effectively prioritize/execute tasks in high-pressure environment

• Effective leadership and communication skills

• Presentation skills and ability to work well with others

• Results-oriented, self-motivated, self-directed professional

• Strong customer service orientation

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$52.52 - $82.69
