About the Opportunity As the Content Project Manager / Business Analyst for AP Classroom, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and analyzing the content management needs for all new and existing courses and their content-driven features. Teachers and students highly value and trust the instructional and assessment content within AP Classroom. You are an avid problem-solver and highly collaborative team member with a curiosity for technology. Partnering with product owners, digital content production leads, and instructional and assessment content teams, you'll coordinate Agile product development and release planning throughout the product lifecycle, from inception through launch and ongoing production support. As a self-starter who swiftly puts plans into action, you thrive without needing detailed scripts. You'll support project scope analysis and manage schedules and dependencies across teams. You will also actively support the platform's content data analysis and configurati on efforts. In this role, you will: Project Management (40%) * Drive project management and support scope analysis for new course launches, course revisions, and annual course content updates * Collaborate with Product Owners and Internal stakeholders on course roadmap planning and prioritization * Manage content-team scrum ceremonies to support assessment and instructional course content updates * Create project dashboards, and visualizations to convey status, progress, and issues to internal content stakeholders and highlight critical paths /project plan dependencies Content Support (40%) * Support troubleshooting content and metadata ingestion issues * Gather and analyze data for existing and new courses on AP Classroom (e.g., analyzing question metadata gaps or inconsistencies) * Create user-friendly Excel/Google Sheets reports to support metadata configuration / publishing needs, and leverage functionalities / processes to minimize manual efforts and errors * Contribute to content management process improvements, identifying more efficient ways to manage content from creation through availability to end users in AP Classroom Business Analysis (20%) * Write clear and well-structured business requirements, stories, and supporting documents * Support Product Owners with user acceptance testing * Research content management enhancements and support for new resource types About You: You have: * 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst including strong experience working with development teams in an Agile SDLC environment * Project Management experience preferred with the ability to cre To view the full job description,
