As a Consulting Member of Technical Staff , you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Health applications. Qualifications and Experience :
Experience : 10+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development, with a strong focus on large-scale, enterprise-level applications.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, or Context API).
Experience with TypeScript and advanced JavaScript (ES6+).
Familiarity with backend integration (e.g., REST APIs, GraphQL).
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Hands on experience working on cloud-based development environments and tools (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Tooling : Hands-on experience with development tools such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, and version control systems like Git.
Testing : Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
Leadership : Proven ability to lead and collaborate in cross-functional teams, mentor others, and drive technical decisions.
Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving complex technical challenges.
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with micro-frontend architecture.
Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
Familiarity with DevOps practices for UI deployment and monitoring.
Strong communication skills, including cross-team collaboration
Ability to deliver basic functionality and iterate
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
Knowledge of healthcare and experience delivering healthcare applications are significant plus.

Responsibilities
UI Development Leadership : Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Technical Expertise : Act as the go-to expert for UI architecture, design patterns, and best practices, ensuring the delivery of robust, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Collaboration : Work closely with UX designers, product managers, backend developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces.
Code Quality and Standards : Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Innovation : Stay current with emerging UI/UX trends and technologies, and lead initiatives to integrate them into the development process.
Performance Optimization : Optimize UI components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers.
Tooling and Automation : Define and implement development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks to improve development efficiency and reliability.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
