Description:

Our financial client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to assist and support their Tax and Treasury team with technology solutions.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Gathers, reviews, analyzes, evaluates and collaborates to support production of business and technical requirements containing rules, requirements, specifications and design per project protocol and enterprise standards

• Documents and maintains functional and technical requirements

• Facilitates clear and concise written and verbal communication with all levels of internal and third-party business and technical project teams

• Acts as the liaison between the product development teams and business teams

• Participates on technology project teams as key subject matter expert in assigned enterprise space

Experience Requirements:

• Formal or on the job business (systems) analysis training and experience (5+ years)

• General knowledge of Tax, Treasury, Banking and Accounting operations

• Life Insurance and Annuities experience is a must

• Project management experience is a nice to have

• Experience in SAP and Kyriba is a plus

• Ability to produce and decipher technical use cases, user stories, process flows, diagraming, data analysis, data mapping, interfaces, reporting and testing activities

• Developed understanding of enterprise technical landscape

• Excellent communicator, conflict and problem solver

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
