Description We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Bookkeeper to be a part of our real estate and property management team located in Olympia, Washington. This position plays an integral role in managing the financial aspects of our operations and supporting various communities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the books for multiple communities.

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) duties.

• Process payroll twice a month.

• Regular communication with communities to provide financial support and answer queries.

• Meet strict deadlines about once a week.

• Use Excel for generating reports and closing activities.

• Regularly interact with approximately 65 vendors/residents per community.

• Conduct account reconciliation and bank reconciliations.

• Maintain data entry tasks with accuracy.

• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop and Kronos for various tasks.

• Perform month-end close procedures. Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Skilled in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations

• Proven Bookkeeping skills

• Comfortable with Data Entry tasks

• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Month End Close procedures

• Experience in managing Payroll

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software.
