ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE COURTS 2022-54 Blake Scheduling Referee (Sr. Court Program Analyst) in OLYMPIA, Washington

POSITION PROFILEFacilitates and coordinates the equitable and efficient resentencing of individuals under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections (DOC) impacted by Washington v. Shannon B. Blake, 197 Wash.2d 170 (2021) (Blake).The Blake Scheduling Referee exercises considerable independent judgment and decision-making within areas and scope of responsibility delegated by the Blake Implementation Manager. Supervises one administrative staff support position. Interacts with judicial officers, court administrators, Blake triage attorneys, data analysts, prosecutors, the Department of Corrections (DOC), and the Office of Public Defense (OPD).
