• [Answering phone calls to determine the need of the customer.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Troubleshooting and resolving customer equipment and billing issues.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Take payments both in person and over the phone and accountable for money handling accuracy.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Work in billing system and provisioning of customer premise equipment.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
• [Assist customers to determine the best fit of internet and video products for their needs.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

• [Overtime may be required during evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
