Three Men and a Mower L.L.C. Landscape Technician in Oak Harbor, Washington
Seeking career-minded individuals for long-term employment. Must enjoy working outdoors during all weather conditions. Duties range from landscape maintenance such as weeding, pruning, cleaning, mowing & trimming, to landscape installation projects including irrigation systems, hardscape elements & planting. We are looking to expand and have potentially seven available positions of varying experience/skill requirements. All applicants must have reliable transportation to & from our shop and be available for full-time hours Monday through Friday with the potential for overtime. Duties will be physically intensive at times and may require the ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Applicants for crew leader positions must possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving records for the past 3 years. Starting wage will be determined by work experience and abilities. New hires are eligible for paid sick leave & company-paid AFLAC coverage after 90 days of employment. Eligibility for our SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with matching starts just 6 months from the date of hiring. Paid vacation is offered after one year of continuous full-time employment.
