Job Description:
Agiliti is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Health Systems Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic sales initiatives across an assigned territory, including Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and health systems. What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focusing on Agiliti's Equipment Value Management (EVM) framework.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Manage customer relationships by regularly visiting hospitals, surgery centers, and other healthcare facilities.
Adapt to customer needs, adjusting messaging and sales processes accordingly.
Collaborate with Territory Executives and cross-functional experts to achieve growth targets.
Articulate the benefits of Agiliti's solutions, demonstrating how they improve equipment workflows, reduce costs, and elevate patient experiences.
Conduct business reviews with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years in healthcare sales or related experience.
At least 5 years of experience driving revenue growth within IDNs and health systems.
Proven experience working in a team-based selling environment.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
A valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of clinical equipment found in hospital environments and a basic understanding of hospital finance, reimbursement, and regulatory practices.

Pay Range for All Remote Positions:
$175,635.60-$306,316.85
This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
