Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior IS Program Manager Position type: Contract Duration: 12+ Months Contract Location: Renton, Washington 98057 (100% Remote) As a(n) Senior IS Program Manager you will: Required Experience: * Looking for strong Program Manager * EMR and EPIC * Oracle * Manage client expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the project/program lifecycle. * Develop and gain sponsor approval for project delivery dates. * Manage portfolio programs with increased complexity, strategic priority and/or visibility, system and/or regional priority. * Engages and organizes the assignment of activities of multi-functional teams, as well as the project estimates, task dependencies and schedule. * Scope, risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans. * Develops, initiates and manages a communication plan, including regular program status reports. * Manages stakeholders and multiple project teams in the context of a single program. * Acts as a coach and mentor to others, especially (but not limited to) other project management staff. * Facilitates customer needs for multiple department and their associated lines of business. Operational Functions: * Develops root cause analyses and process improvement plans. * Maintains all program artifacts. * Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and human workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project (when applicable). * Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership, management and stakeholders. Education: * Required/Preferred Education Level Major/Area of Study And/Or * Required Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience * Preferred Master's Degree Experience: * Required/Preferred Minimum Experience Details * Required 7 years Information Services/Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry experience * Required 7 years 7-10 years in the project / program management field * Required 1 year Relevant PPMO portfolio experience (eg. EMR, Business Applications, M&A, Infrastructure, etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: * Required/Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Ability * Required Expertise and experience with Project Management methodology based upon project management principles, including experience implementing and facilitating complex decision-making structures among multiple executive stakeholders with varied interests and priorities * Required Planning: Skilled in strategic & tactical planning and program management- with demonstrated ability to quickly understand and align with an organization, its structure, and priorities. Ability to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment. * Required Judgment and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated superior judgement, problem solving, and cognitive skills with the ability to understand business or clinical strategies and plans, and their relationship to organizational strategies. Ability to analyze and report on foreseeable future implications of current decisions. * Required Leadership: Advanced leadership skills, with the ability to successfully serve as a coach and mentor to others with demonstrated ability to inform and influence senior leadership, management and individuals in various parts of the organization to work toward successful outcomes.
