ManpowerGroup Commerce Business Analyst in New York, New York
Our client, in the commerce industry is seeking a Commerce Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the supporting the IT Service Management company and their respective clients. The ideal candidate will have to drive results, resolve problems and winfluence change, hich will align successfully in the organization.
Location: EST remote preferred
Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour, w2
Job Title: Commerce Business Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
Must be proficient with hands on work in designing screen mockups and navigation and UI controls keeping user experience in mind.
Must have prior experience in designing web screens for a web based product. Screens where users transact and make changes , not just static screens that are primarily read only.
Manage backlog of feature requirements, prioritizing features and communicating prioritization and timelines persuasively across teams and stakeholders
Translate customer and prospect profiles into user personas, and manage user journey maps.
Drive business impact by contributing to product design, testing/piloting, and market launch efforts.
Driving in-depth market research to develop market needs
Developing financial analyses to justify new product development
Analyse test and site data to identify key customer pain points and opportunities for refinement, new solutions, and growth
Conduct user testing on our online experience to inform product decision making
Develop a framework to measure the success of product improvements over time
Work closely with analytics and technology teams to ensure systems and programs are satisfying consumer needs and driving the business.
Identify, understand, and represents the customer's needs in the development of products for the organization.
Driving in-depth market research to develop market needs
Developing financial analyses to justify new product development
Key Skills and Competencies:
5 to 7 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other open source tools with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross - functional environment
Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
