Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer. Responsibilities You will assist the Agency Program Coordinator and maintain inventory of office supplies. You will make purchases of a broad range of equipment, commodities, and services through a variety of methods. You will resolve a variety of problems identifying situations from delays, negative trends, and missed or late deliveries. You will ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Government Purchase Card Program. You will purchase technical items, material carried on Federal Supply Schedules, office materials, predominately new, obsolete, not-in-common use, and not-in-stock items. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting with the purchasing of goods or services with a government commercial credit card. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. Education In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: One academic year of graduate education (or law school, as specified in qualification standards or individual occupational requirements). Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
