Title: Retail Sales Specialist (Part-Time) Location: Mukilteo WA 98275 Duration: 12 months assignment with possible extension Pay Rate: $21/hr. Job Description: Seeking a self-motivated individual who is motivated, outgoing and focused. Also possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. Role & Responsibilities: Open/close store Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders. Process POS (point of sale) purchases. Handle returns of merchandise. Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns. Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation. Prepares and processes store orders for customers. Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift boxes to 35 lbs. Ability to stand and move about for extended periods with only short rest breaks. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products. Education/Experience: Typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).
