Deliver excellent customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases and handle merchandise returns. Prepare and process customer store orders and freight, including inter-store transfers and markdowns. Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure accurate inventory preparation. Respond to emails and communications from customers and stakeholders. Qualifications: Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED combined with 1+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key Skills: Ability to pass credit check Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail processes. Ability to maintain stock organization and support inventory management.
