Annual Salary range of $158,000-185,000 based on applicant profile. Your challenges: 1. Make high-level decisions regarding the design and architecture of complex systems in support of automated aircraft manufacturing systems, ensure the technical solutions align with the high-level system goals and constraints, drawing on a deep understanding of systems engineering principles and patterns. 20% 2. Set the technical direction for complex systems project, laying the foundational blueprint that guides development teams toward building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing systems applications 20% 3. Interfacing with the PMs, PMO and customers to understand the user stories and desired functionality of the products 15% 4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system design 15% 5. Lead the architectural aspects of systems development and providing guidance to development teams 10% 6. Interface with technical leadership within Software, Controls, and Mechanical to ensure system requirements are met 10% Additional Responsibilities: 1. Drive the design process of new systems and architectures and inform the development of better programming practices and procedures. 5% 2. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to articulate the architecture and design principles 5% 3. Develops, plans, and executes projects and leads two or more engineers technically. Guides and trains other members of the project team. Assists in career development of one or more senior engineers. Drives major learning and training initiatives within the organization. Your Boarding Pass: Education: Required Bachelor of Science in Robotics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Experience: Required 13-20 years of experience in conjunction with a bachelor's degree, or combination of Master/PhD and experience. Five or more years of experience crafting the high-level design choices and frameworks that underpin systems applications.
