Aston Carter Accounts Receivable Clerk in Mukilteo, Washington

Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable coordinator for a long term opportunity. Need 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.

Contract to hire and will have a pay increase upon conversion to a permanent employee after the contract period.

Description:

• Prepare items in the database to open jobs and import into Foundation software

• Job setup in Foundation

• Final Invoice Processing

• Reconcile Invoicing Log monthly

• Process change orders

• Maintain Customer Files

• Out of State Exempt – documentation needed for other states.

o Maintain files for future growth.

o Maintain customer worksheet for exempt certification/reseller permits.
