Role: Biztalk Lead Developer Location: Mesa, AZ (Remote) Experience: 6 to 10 years Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for Biztalk Lead Developer to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Job Description: As a Lead/ Architect, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing, and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the overall development strategy. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior developers. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Required Qualifications * Proficient in BizTalk artifacts like Schemas, Maps, Orchestrations, Pipelines by having 3+ years of development experience in the same. * Having Relevant Experience in integrating with BRE, BAM and ESB and working on different types of adapters and deployments * Knowledge and understanding of SOA and ESB concepts is a plus. * Should have worked on BizTalk 2016/2020 * Experience and knowledge of WCF and REST * Knowledgeable in XML, XSLT, and advanced SQL * Should have knowledge on BizTalk and Integration design patterns. * Should have knowledge on BizTalk Custom Components * Should have hands-on experience in .Net Development. * Should have hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud * Good Communication Skills. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $53,900 to $105,400 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
