Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a dedicated provider of high-quality dairy services, supporting the dairy industry with innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
What you get to do:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute memos, reports, and other documents.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of farm operations.
- Assist with payroll processing and other basic accounting tasks.
- Greeting and assist visitors to the office.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
What you need to be successful:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment(e.g., printers, scanners)
Schedule: Monday -- Friday from 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $18.00
