Insight Global Supply Chain Manager in Moses Lake, Washington

Job Description

This client leading the next wave of technology within the Aerospace industry is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to sit out of their Moses Lake, WA office. This candidate will be responsible for optimizing their supply chain process from procurement to delivery. The Supply Chain Manager will create RFPs and RFQs to support their proposals and program execution. They will also work with suppliers to negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms. It is important they have strong communication skills as they will be collaborating with the engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules.

Skills and Requirements

2-3+ years' experience in supply chain management

Experience within the aerospace industry (procurement)

Contract negotiation and management

Experience with ERP systems

Strong communication skills 5+ Years experience in supply chain management

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) is advantageous.

Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.

Experience in Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing, Green Belt a plus.

Prefer experience in a high-paced, new product development or MRO/aftermarket environment. null
