Aerotek Is hiring for a carpenter foreman , Based out in Moses lake , WA

• Immediate Joiners Required

• Pay Ranging Between 25$/HR-30$/HR

• This is a contract to hire position for 3months

Job Description

• This position consists of installing various types of roofing material on large commercial buildings.

• All roofs are large flat surfaces. Installing, sheet metal, TPO, etc.

• The roofing foreman position will consist of helping to lead a team of laborers and working alongside journey level roofers to complete projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of roofing materials on large commercial buildings.

• Work with sheet metal, TPO, and other roofing materials.

• Lead a team of laborers to ensure project timelines are met.

• Collaborate with journey-level roofers to complete projects efficiently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in commercial roofing required.

• Must have own hand tools (Hammer, tape measure, square, knife, Chalk line, etc.)

• Experience with installing Architectural sheet metal preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
