We are Hiring CNC Mill Machinist in Monroe, WA!

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to load machines, inspect products, and record measurement results.

Main responsibilities will include :

• Making offset adjustments, troubleshooting minor issues, interpreting blueprints, and actively participating in process improvement.

• The role involves setting up and maintaining work areas, ensuring compliance with ISO Quality Standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

• The candidate will operate within a dynamic team environment, ensuring quality control, and maintaining equipment and materials.

Pay rate : $20 - $45 per hour – weekly pay.

Schedule :

• 6:00AM – 6:00PM (Friday – Sunday)

• 6:00PM – 6:00AM (Friday –Sunday)

• 3:55PM – 2:30AM (Monday – Thursday)

Location : Monroe, WA

Skills & Qualification :

• Minimum 1-year of on-the-job experience.

• Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as required.

• Working command of the English language with the ability to communicate orally and in writing.

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED or trade/technical certification.

• Experience working in manufacturing with trade terminology and nomenclature.

• Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring equipment.

Work Environment :

• 100% of work takes place inside an industrial office/warehouse environment.

• Employees work in proximity to moving machinery, mechanical parts, and vehicles and may have exposure to prolonged loud noise, including sirens, horns, and tooling.

• Employees may handle hazardous material or have exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals, biological hazards, and airborne fumes.

• The noise level is usually mild to moderate 75% of the time.
