Description Develops, advises, manages and retains client relationships. Solicits new business relationships. Focuses on profitability of relationship. This is a sales and solutions focused position. Is an integral part of the overall branch team.Essential Job Functions: Find new client relationshipsGrow current client relationshipsDevelop internal Business Partner relationships in order to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients from all areas of the bankWorks productively with the SBLCAdvises clients on financial solutions and strategiesManage and review client relationships to meet changing client needs.Be aware of banking industry and industry specific trendsDemonstrate an in depth knowledge, understanding and development of Commercial banking financial solutions:Complex Credit structures and solutionsCross sell (become a trusted advisor for the client)Recognizes cross-sell and revenue generating opportunitiesEngage in community relationships and activities for business developmentStrong contributor to the Branch team meeting annual goalsParticipate in Branch team meetings, Marketing meetings, Joint calls with Branch ManagerBroad knowledge in other banking services offered by other Lines of Businesses to identify and offer qualified referrals.All employees are responsible for internal controls in the performance of their assigned duties.
