Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-starting Inventory specialist II to manage and analyze inventory data and processes. The successful candidate will operate from a company-wide perspective and support cross-functional project development. Strong execution of data and processes is required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.

  • Manage inbound shipments, including purchase order tracking, maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, and vendor communications.

  • Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.

  • Execute a variety of purchase orders, in-stock, and vendor-related systems and reports.

Essential Skills

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

  • Proficiency in business software such as Excel, including sum functions, hash marks, and applying filters.

  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with pallet jacks.

  • Comfortable with data entry and inventory management.

  • Computer proficiency.

Work Environment

Work in an Amazon warehouse environment with varying shifts: 7am-5:30pm Sun-Wed & Wed-Sat; 3pm-1:30am Sun-Wed & Wed-Sat; 10am-6:30pm Mon-Fri; 3pm-1:30am Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday (Donut Shift). The role involves working with inventory 80% of the time and kitting or pallet jack/forklift duties 20% of the time. Candidates must have a birth certificate or passport due to ITAR requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.06 - $26.50/hr.
