Job Description: The Digital Strategy team powers digital experiences and engagement to enhance the lives of our customers daily by leveraging our digital solutions. As the Digital Commercial Manager (DCM), will directly influence customers and internal stakeholders while developing Digital Solutions centered around the construction machinery ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for the Digital Transformation team, where the DCM, will be responsible for understanding customer problems and translating them into monetizable products/solutions which provide our customers with unparalleled business value. The DCM will work with key stakeholders from across the Genie organization with most of that time spent with our customer-facing product management/sales organization to ensure they clearly understand what our customers need. Responsibilities Design and build the Go-To-Market commercial model for the entire Genie Digital Products portfolio and provide marketing support to operationalize overall model Lead all aspects of planning for Digital Solutions product launches, driving key strategic choices around targeting, positioning, deployment plan, etc... Lead the creation of market development strategies and tactics to deploy pre-launch Drive overall launch readiness for Digital Solutions product launches across all aspects of commercial activities Influence the direction of new product development within Genie Work with customers to understand their needs and prioritize their product/solution development based on their input Provide the vision to maximize the value of our solutions through the understanding of customers' needs and requirements for the existing and in development solutions Responsible for the business including solutions developed and offered as services to customers globally Work with the product management team and stakeholders to adapt and deploy pricing strategies Work with sales organization to ensure they meet commitments on growth actions and business objectives Act as the voice of customers and stakeholders Adapt global strategies to regional and local context across business Works collaboratively by building a culture where sharing ideas is seen as essential for the achievement of shared objectives Required Experience 10+ years experience in a sales support or service role in the construction industry Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Strong team player, an excellent facilitator as well as individual contributor. Self-motivated and comfortable operating with ambiguity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adept at articulating complex problems and structures with business leaders or engineers alike. Understanding of the product development process and life cycle, and experience with agile development methodologies is a plus. Demonstrated ability to find solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a data-informed, data-driven, written narrative. Salary: The salary range for this position is $122,000 - $136,000.
