Intern/Co-op opportunities can lead to full time careers RealWorld Responsibilities: During your time with us you will: Conduct analysis and testing to verify functionality, strength, and safety Design, prototype, assemble, troubleshoot, and launch design improvements and new options Create detailed engineering documentation including design, drafting, and analysis on process and/or product improvement projects Take ownership of real work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career Must haves: Currently pursuing an ABET accredited degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar field, or recently graduated Ability to work full-time for 6 months in Redmond, WA or Moses Lake, WA Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SolidWorks and AutoCAD Ability to work in a team environment Nice to haves: Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts and goals Experience on "build club" (ex.
