Job Title: Recruitment and Administrative Coordinator Location: Mercer Island, WA 98040 Duration: 09 months Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST (On-site) Duration: 8+ months Payrate starts from 29$/hr Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from initiation to completion, with a focus on tracking candidate progress. Perform administrative duties, primarily operational tasks, and oversee candidate advancement. Coordinate seminars or events, including arranging catering services. Handle mail review by opening and distributing correspondence to appropriate recipients. Redirect incoming voicemails from the mainline to relevant staff members. Demonstrate flexibility and eagerness to learn new tasks as required. Exhibit a keen understanding of the broader organizational objectives and collaborate effectively within the team. Track candidate progress using spreadsheets and maintain accurate records. Provide back-office support within a dynamic environment. Qualifications: 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, administrative support, or related fields. Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and basic Excel skills. Familiarity with Salesforce for managing client data is advantageous. Percentage Breakdown of Role: Recruitment: 60% Marketing: 20% Administrative Operations: 20% Additional Considerations: Integrity is paramount due to compliance requirements inherent in the role. Regular interaction with advisors is expected. While not responsible for direct recruiting efforts, the role focuses on tracking candidate progress. Candidates with prior experience in financial recruitment will be given preference. Emphasis will be placed on personality traits suitable for collaborative team environments.
