Growing commercial Construction Company is seeking a Project Manager for their major projects group in the greater Seattle area. This is a great opportunity to join a team that prides itself on it's people, with open doors, regular team-bonding events, and strong collaboration. The company continues to add to its backlog in the k-12 and large commercial retail sector, and multiple large projects breaking ground in 2023 and 2024. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in project budgeting, subcontractor management, and hard bid / design build experience involving commercial structures. Responsibilities include bid package preparation, project and operations management, cost control, mentoring, and client development.
