Job Title: Sales Order Admin Supervisor

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Sales Order Administrator Supervisor is to ensure the Sales Order Admin team is performing all required functions in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. This is a working supervisor position reporting to the Planning Manager.

Essential Duties:

  • Enter customer orders into M3 ERP system

  • Create invoices within specified time frames

  • Create ASNs in Customer Portal websites

  • Research, interpret, and respond to inquiries within the M3 ERP system

  • Troubleshoot as issues arise

  • Communicate with manager as soon as practical when assistance is needed

  • Partner with various departments (i.e. planning, purchasing, engineering, production, stockroom) to best serve the customer

  • Additionally:

  • Creating KPIs

  • Personnel oversight (adherence to company policies)

  • Completing and conducting required performance evaluations

  • Report to Planning Manager on team performance as coordinated

  • Other projects as assigned by manager

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree preferred

  • Experience: 4 – 6 years in customer service, or related experience

  • Proficient with Windows Operating System®, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP systems

  • Experience with Excel and ability to teach other employees required skills
