Program Manager Outpatient - EnerG- Wellness Program

Job Type: Full time

Schedule: Monday thru Friday with some weekend coverage

Setting: Independent Living Community

Location: Windsor Square Senior Living, Marysville, WA

Pay: Range of $24 to $27 an hour

Aegis Therapies , one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Program Managers of the Wellness Program to join our supportive team and reap the benefits of some of the best career advantages in the industry.

As a Program Manager of the Wellness Program, you will:

• Schedule monthly calendar: 5-7 exercises/activities per day, including group exercise/activities.

• Participate as Lead Instructor

• Work closely with the residents to identify those needing therapy

• Work with Residents getting insurance cards and sending them in for processing.

• Schedule Rehab treatments with residents and the Therapists

• Market our program

• Occasionally attend weekly or monthly staff meetings for any special events or program information.

• Keep track of the participation levels and progress of residents.
