Mailbox Junction Customer Service Representative in Marysville, Washington
JOB DESCRIPTION
This retail sales associate will need to deliver exceptional customer service to our customers by receiving and processing packages for shipment as well as be able to operate copiers, fax machines, and point-of-sale devices.
Additionally, the associate must be detail oriented and efficient in mail sorting and distributing mail into customers' mailboxes.
The ideal candidate has previous customer service experience, computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, etc.
-Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building customer boxes, and properly cushioning content
-Occasionally covers shifts for coworkers who must miss work due to health or personal emergencies
QUALIFICATIONS
-High school diploma or GED
-Good communication and people skills
-Professional and Excellent customer service a must
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
-Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
-Most afternoons and some mornings. Also Saturdays from 10am-2pm
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check and be authorized to work in the United States
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be responsible and reliable enough to work independently and open or close the store on time every time
