Industrial Staffing Services Inc. Mechanical Assembler in Lynnwood, Washington
Our client has an immediate need for a Mechanical Assembler to join their team in Lynwood CA. Applicants must be US Citizens and able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Primary Responsibilities Assembly of complex electro-mechanical systems and sub-systems including experience with and soldering Test and data collection using a variety of lab equipment such as: Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters, Impedance Analyzers Maintain high quality standards of workmanship Ensuring an organized and clean workspace including total preventive maintenance of equipment, tooling, and fixtures Foster the environment of continuous improvement Disciplined in the process of following precise work instructions Open to be cross trained in different skills Basic Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent 1 year of relevant experience or recent study at a vocational trade school Ability to assemble small components into compact subsystems Proficiency with basic hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance Ability to read, interpret, and understand assembly drawings Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Experience with Microsoft Office tools Conform with Electrostatic Discharge Safety, Foreign Object Debris, and EH&S requirements Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance Additional skills and experience that are "nice to have" but not required and can be trained.
