Join Our Maintenance Team!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at our newest transition Green Hill Apartments! Green Hill is a beautiful mid-rise community totaling 75 apartment homes. Just below the lake is 164th Street Southwest, which is dotted with an impressive selection of coffeehouses and espresso bars, local eateries, and small retail shops. The movie theater at Alderwood Mall is just a short drive away on Interstate 5. Mill Creek Town Center is another great shopping destination with hip restaurants.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday

Maintenance Supervisor Salary and Benefits:

  • $55k-$60k/year DOE + bonus opportunities!

  • 19 days of PTO per year + 10 paid holidays + 1 Paid Personal Day + 1 Paid Day of Service

  • 2021 - Trick or Treat with your kids! All employees will be off at 3pm on Oct 31st!

  • 2021 - Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day After Christmas OFF!

  • 2021 - All overtime will be paid out at double-time!

Maintenance Supervisor Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs maintenance tasks such as unit turns and work orders.

  • Conducts monthly safety meetings, schedules and performs preventative maintenance, and manages OSHA/SDS safety and reporting requirements.

  • Maintains grounds and professional appearance of the property.

  • Manages vendors such as landscapers, pest control, and other physical asset vendors to ensure quality service.

  • Maintains adequate inventory of supplies.

  • Manages tasks within budget or seeks approval for necessary work that is over budget.

  • Emergency on-call is required as part of the position.

  • Performs all reasonable duties as outlined by supervisor.

  • Strives to exceed residents' expectations for excellent customer service.

  • Contributes to a positive team culture and happy resident base.

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Prior maintenance experience required, maintenance experience in multi-family property management strongly preferred

  • High organizational skills

  • Experience with warranty work

  • Strong communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Ability to complete punch walks and follow-up with construction

  • Great presentation and interaction with clients and residents required

  • Excellent customer service skills required

  • Experience with leading and supervising a team preferred

  • Prior experience working with a budget strongly preferred

  • Experience with Yardi preferred

  • Ability to respond to after hours emergencies, as needed

Background Check & Drug Screen Policy
