Crane Company is seeking an IT Supervisor – Endpoint Engineering to join our high performing team of Information Technology professionals in Lynnwood WA . This position is fully remote.
The IT Supervisor - Endpoint Engineering is a part of the IT Infrastructure Engineering team. In this hands-on role you will be responsible for Crane Aerospace & Electronics’ world-wide infrastructure with a specific focus around EndPoint Engineering and related technologies. The scope of responsibility includes managing virtual endpoints, Windows operating systems (Server and Workstations), build standards, patching, monitoring, alerting, automation, andsupervision of EndPoint Engineering resources of various disciplines. This role reports to the Sr. IT Manager – Infrastructure Engineering.
This position is eligible for our Crane Flex Remote schedule which allows for the option of full-time work-from-home. Some conditions apply which will be discussed during the interview process. Full policy to be provided after hire.
Responsibilities:
Configuration management of endpoints utilizing SCCM and other tools
Ensure patching of operating systems and applications to reduce overall risk to cybersecurity vulnerabilities
Maintain both hardware and software build standards along with coordination with Service Desk for custom builds
Manage Windows based printing and print device standards
Obsolescence management of Endpoint Engineering technologies, including planning, upgrading, and replacing software/ equipment to ensure proper maintenance and supportability
Adherence to regulatory compliance requirements, including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley, DFARS, ITAR and like regulations
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a technical/engineering role in a large, high-volume environment; supervisory or management experience desired
BS or MS degree in computer-oriented technical discipline or equivalent experience
Experience administering SCCM, Active Directory, Azure/O365 and other EndPoint Engineering security tools
Office products (O365, Office 2016, Outlook, Exchange and OWA) desired
Additionally, desired understanding of technologies: DNS, DHCP, WINS, TCP/IP, VPN, RDP and knowledge of virtualization technologies (Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, VMWare, HP Device Manager) and other modern/common solutions found in dynamic enterprises
Experience administering enterprise Windows server environments running various applications, configuration, deployment, and upgrades
Experience working in a high regulated business
Employment Eligibility Requirement:
- This position requires access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Working Conditions:
· Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.
· Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to safety glasses, heel straps, and shop coats
· Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000. Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications.
