We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate who wants to invest in building a new career to join our team. We will invest in you, your career development -- ensuring you understand our products, our industry, and our customers over a 12-18-month period. If you can meaningfully contribute to the project management team, help customers achieve meaningful patient impact, and along the way, demonstrate three key skills, you will graduate the program and move into our world class software sales team.

Here at Volpara, we make software to save families from cancer. Over 2,000 leading healthcare facilities across the world use Volpara to better understand cancer risk, empower patients in personal care decisions, and guide recommendations about additional imaging, genetic testing, and other interventions. Our AI-powered image analysis enables radiologists to quantify breast tissue with precision and helps technologists produce mammograms with optimal image quality, positioning, compression, and dose.
What is a Sales Career Pathway Associate?
Our Career Pathways Program is designed to unlock the potential of successful candidates, charting a structured, yet flexible path, for career development within Volpara.
This particular opportunity would have the successful candidate starting with immersion in our project management team. The candidate would dive into customer installations, gaining hands-on experience with our customer lifecycle and product suite.
Upon successful completion of the first step, it is anticipated that that candidate would transition to our Customer Success team. Here they will have the opportunity to drive customer advocacy projects, or work closely with our customers to build strong, lasting relationships.
The final leg of the program will prepare the candidate for a potential role in our sales team, business development, or even marketing.
